Noon Prayer 8/22/18
1 Samuel 17:33-38 (NKJV)
And Saul said to David, “You are not able to go against this Philistine to fight with him; for you are a youth, and he a man of war from his youth.” But David said to Saul, “Your servant used to keep his father’s sheep, and when a lion or a bear came and took a lamb out of the flock, I went out after it and struck it, and delivered the lamb from its mouth; and when it arose against me, I caught it by its beard, and struck and killed it. Your servant has killed both lion and bear; and this uncircumcised Philistine will be like one of them, seeing he has defied the armies of the living God.” Moreover David said, “The Lord, who delivered me from the paw of the lion and from the paw of the bear, He will deliver me from the hand of this Philistine.” And Saul said to David, “Go, and the Lord be with you!” So Saul clothed David with his armor, and he put a bronze helmet on his head; he also clothed him with a coat of mail.
Deuteronomy 23:2 (NKJV)
“One of illegitimate birth shall not enter the assembly of the Lord; even to the tenth generation none of his descendants shall enter the assembly of the Lord.
Prayers:
Father God I forgive my father and mother for conceiving me outside of wedlock.
I also ask you to forgive me for conceiving my child/children outside of wedlock.
I, ___________, confess Jesus Christ as my Saviour and renounce the Kingdom of Darkness and all the works of the Devil.
I forgive and renounce all the sins of my ancestors, back to Adam and Eve, and everyone in between.
I forgive and renounce all sexual sins of my ancestors and, in particular, the sins of adultery, fornication, rape, and incest.
If any of my ancestors committed these sins, I declare their effect upon me null and void.
By the power and authority of Jesus I decree and declare the curse of illegitimacy is now broken off my generational line, and it no longer has a hold over me or my children and future generations and we cast off all other spirits.
In Jesus Name, every effect of this curse is broken including all hindrances to worship, prayer, giving, acts of charity, reading God’s Word, attendance at the House of God, and any inhibition regarding fellowship and Christian communion.
And I declare and decree that I am a child of God!
