Noon Prayer 4.5.2023

Mountain of Religion

As believers, we understand that God’s Church is to influence all of society, impacting every mountain. We are to model what Jesus taught of the “knowledge of God” through His life and ministry and we should demonstrate the Father’s ways, values, principles, and priorities. “Christ leads us victoriously, to spread the fragrance of the knowledge of Him everywhere.” (2 Cor. 2:14) During this Holy week, we want to petition heaven for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit on our community. We are believing God for a harvest of lost souls to be saved.

Let’s intercede for all our services this week. (First Wednesday, Good Friday, and Saturday & Sunday)

  • Pray for our pastor and his family. (protection, strength, refreshing, and peace) Pray for a fresh anointing to flow through Pastor Greg that will make teaching easy and empowering.

  • Pray for every person that will serve in all areas at all campuses. (worship team, creative team, children and youth ministries, guest services, prayer ministry, pastoral team, finance team, production team, café team, and campus development)

  • We are believing God for a fresh baptism of the Holy Spirit and fire on our entire Crossing family.

We need a fresh boldness and passion to share the Gospel with our community. Matthew 5:13-16 (HCSB)

13 "You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt should lose its taste, how can it be made salty? It's no longer good for anything but to be thrown out and trampled on by men. 14 "You are the light of the world. A city situated on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 No one lights a lamp and puts it under a basket, but rather on a lampstand, and it gives light for all who are in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before men, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven.

  • Lord, we are asking for a new compassion and love for our community.

  • Pray that when the Holy Spirit tells us to talk to someone about Him, that we will obey.

  • As we pass out invite cards to our community, Lord let the invitations stay in front of these people. We’re asking that the cards not be thrown away or get lost, but that you would use them Lord to draw people to church this weekend.

We are believing God for a harvest of lost souls to be saved at all services at every Christian church in the Tampa Bay area this week.

John 14:6 (HCSB) 6 Jesus told him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

1 Timothy 2: 1-4 (HCSB) 1 I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— 2 for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. 3 This is good, and pleases God our Savior, 4 who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.

  • We are asking that those who wouldn’t normally go to church would be drawn by you, Holy Spirit, to attend a service and get saved this week.

  • We are asking that every person whose name is in our salvation box will come to church this week and surrender their life to you, Lord.

Prayer for Jerusalem must become a top priority in order to take back complete influence of this sphere in our culture.

Psalm 122:6 (HCSB) 6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: "May those who love you prosper;

  • Pray for peace to come to Jerusalem.

  • God has His people in the West Bank, both Palestinian believers and those who have come to serve from other nations. There are others who may not know Jesus who are also working towards peace. Lord, we are asking for wisdom, direction, and guidance, that they would have God’s help as they serve.

  • Pray for all false religions to be eradicated in Jerusalem.

  • Pray for prosperity and protection over her government leaders, spiritual leaders, heads of families, and all who are in authority.
