- Chiefs won in 1970 and Asbury University broke out in revival, which launched the Jesus Movement
- The Chiefs won back in 2020 and Covid hit
- The week before they won this year, God opened the heavens over Asbury university and revival broke out there again

When did revivals happen?
- In days of deep moral darkness
- In times it seemed everyone had turned from God
- In times when those hungry for God to change the world cried out to him to intervene
How does revival come?
- Revival comes sovereignly
o We can not work it up
o We can not organize it
- It comes spontaneously
Comes in the form of an overflow into the uninterested
- People can not account for what is taken place
- With manifestations of the spirit (weeping, shaking, and falling down under God's power)
o These are when a weak body comes in contact with a mighty God
o We do not do these thinking we can somehow conjure up God's presence
o These manifestations do not make you more or less spiritual
- Fruit of Revival and Kingdom living looks the same
o Salvation
o Supernatural results from preaching God’s word
o Spirit-filled living – the Holy Spirit working through individuals to change the world
o Holy living
o Unity
o A thirst for the things of God (his presence, worship, the word, and prayer)
o Manifestations of the gifts of the spirit

The 1859 Revival in Ulster Ireland
- A schoolboy of 8 yrs old in class came under the conviction of his soul
- An older boy who walked him home was a Christian and lead the younger boy to Jesus
- The young boy went back to school happy because he gave his life to Jesus
- As the young boy goes back to work, boys in his room fell under conviction and began weeping and crying out to God
- The spirit moved to the teacher, then to the girls upstairs in their classroom
- Then people from the community started coming to the school and getting saved
- Ministers did not know what to do with it because they had never seen this before
- The Ministers called a meeting at the Town Hall to address the issue and the people in attendance started falling out under the power of the Spirit
- It flooded the community and that community turned to God
Why revival is needed now?
We as people quickly fade from New Testament Christianity and turn away from God
“When all that generation had been gathered to their fathers, another generation arose after them who did not know the Lord nor the work which He had done for Israel.”

My testimony of revival and God turning it into a reformation for our community
- Unity comes among churches
- Crime rates went down
- Gangs and drug dealers left areas that our churches began to influence
- We partnered with the city to help those in need
- A thriving celebration of recovery in our area brought thousands off of drugs
- Politicians began to come to the churches to get their backing before they would run for office
- We partnered with the school system to feed the hungry
- The high schools would let us do events that lead kids to Jesus
God wants us to be like the early church
- Filled with his presence and power
“When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.”
NKJV 4-1:2 Acts
- Act like the early church
“Then those who gladly received his word were baptized; and
that day about three thousand souls were added to them.
And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine
and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.
Then fear came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were done through the apostles.
So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart,
praising God and having favor with all the people.
And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.”
NKJV 47-46, 43-41:2 Acts
- Turn the world upside down
But when they did not find them, they dragged Jason and some brethren to the rulers of the city, crying out, “These who have turned the world upside down have come here too.”
NKJV 6:17 Acts

Presbytery 2021
I saw a move of the Holy Spirit building in this area like a wave out in the ocean. As momentum built, I saw waves of refreshing crash onto the shores of hungry hearts. I saw Cuban people and other island people at the front of a new wave of revival. It's becoming a spiritual awakening. I believe that Florida will become one of the places for heaven to break in on earth as it is in heaven. It won't be so much telling about revival, but rather showing what revival looks like. It will be a show-and-tell move, displaying acts of kindness and mercy, leading to repentance. And signs and wonders will follow, showing the power and the majesty of God.
Here at The Crossing Church, two strong rivers have come together, the Word of God and the Holy Spirit. We love the Word of God and the person of the Holy Spirit. A flow is found here that will feed and equip the people of God and empower them to do what the Holy Spirit is calling them to do.
From 2022 Prophetic Presbytery
We, The Crossing Church, are a shipping and supplies resource church. We are a resource church to other churches, tribes, tongues, and nations
From Noon Prayer January 4th, 2023
A new anointing of freedom has been released over us at The Crossing. Freedom to worship, freedom to pray, freedom to pursue the Lord unfettered, and freedom for us to become who He designed us to be. As people walk onto our campuses, the chains the enemy has wrapped around them will fall at their feet. We will be known for the anointing for freedom that flows from here. Freedom reigns in this place. Deliverances are made easy here and transformed lives are a hallmark of what the Lord is doing at The Crossing. Obstacles are
removed from the advancement of the Kingdom through us. Advancement for The Crossing has been held up, but it was released on January 4th, 2023. We are advancing the Kingdom of God here on earth as it is in heaven
