What is Breakaway SG?
We believe that REAL “life change” happens when kids get to hang out in small groups with amazing group leaders and amazing friends. That’s why we designed Breakaway SG. Breakaway SG is full of energy, learning, growing, and fun. We want kids to see how God’s Word fits into their lives, to learn how to talk to Him, and to build friendships that will last. That’s why we think it’s important to make sure each child connects with the same friends, the same leader, at the same hour – EVERY SUNDAY! Breakaway SG meets on Sundays at 9am and 4pm.
 
What is a typical Sunday at Breakaway SG?
Children check in at a check in station to receive their name tag. Children are greeted by their Coordinators and Small Group Leaders when they go to their small group classrooms. The children are led in small group discussions and activities, where they hear a Bible story, and learn about the current month’s focus. 

What type of curriculum is used?
In Breakaway we use 252 Basics. Based off of Luke 2:52, we teach kids 3 big things: I can trust God no matter what, I need to make the wise choice and I should treat others the way I want to be treated.
